As attendees enter the room, they will be directed to a table with a glamorous pile of diamonds. Diamond tweezers and Event/Company logo diamond bags are available for each person to select their own diamond. They are instructed to keep the diamond in the diamond bag until later in the event.
At the appropriate time during the event, a Company Executive will announce that three of the diamonds selected earlier are real ½ carat diamonds worth approximately $2,000 each or more! Scripting to will be created to enforce the meeting goals. The Executive will then introduce the Experience Creator and the jeweler/gemologist. The Experience Creator will give a brief 10-minute presentation about the 4Cs - color, cut, clarity and carat - of diamonds while the jeweler begins the process to locate the real diamonds. The real diamonds have the company name and/or meeting tagline laser engraved on the girdle of each diamond.
Jeweler loupes and diamond holders are available on each table so attendees may examine their diamonds first hand. When a real diamond is found, the recipient will be brought to the stage and presented with a letter of authenticity with the actual retail value of the diamond.
Real diamonds are available in 1/2, 3/4 or full carat sizes.
